Tickets problem

I've still not received an email confirmation of Auto Cup scheme being triggered, but I logged into my online account & can see that my ticket was purchased on the 17th.


I can't see my lad's ticket.

He's never had an account, so we can't log in to access it!

His ticket has always been purchased & paid for by me, along with mine, so it should appear with mine.

They need to pay the money & get an IT team in, not these amateurs.
Have you read this ? it may apply to you and your lad. My mate couldn't get his nephew's ticket.

Thing is, I'm not trying to buy for my lad. We're both on the Auto Cup scheme, so we should both have got them automatically.
Just be careful, me and my lad are on the auto cup scheme but found out yesterday after visiting the box office that his hadn't been processed but mine had.
 

What have they done with the phones too?

What was up with the old system that let you go on hold & you knew where you were in the queue???
 
Yep, still not answering the phone and cant even get the ticket portal up on the OS.

If you missed out on season ticket seat yesterday you now have to wait till general sale tomorrow, as today is for displaced season ticket holders only.. Thats info i got off someone on here anyway.

Any luck getting an answer?
 

Just got one at the box office, was told I have to print it but I can also take my phone up and show the email at the turnstyle ? That sounds a bit sketchy, like going to a gig this
