ticket purchasing

I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this for me please

On my account on the everton eticketing i also have my girlfriend as an added friends and family member with her account number. Now, I'm trying to buy west ham tickets and its saying 'only one ticket per account number' and it won't let me process the order even though i'm using two separate customer numbers. Does anyone know a way around this?

It's all sorted now but I had to pay an extra £2 on each ticket as a booking fee for doing it over the phone. I told him about my problem and he said it should work fine, don't think he was listening.

Haha, well put it this way. I'm involved in a little incident with Stubbsy, he doesn't know it's me, lets just say it concerns his new book and he's not very happy.

Are you sure it isn't letting you proceed with the order, or is the error message still sitting on the screen from before you selected the second customer number?
