Yet apparently there weren't enough to be successful in the ballot. Clubs a joke.

When I first got on, it said there were 21 results. Tried to get two together and it gave me the two separate seats so just took them.

Sold out within 6 minutes, I saw 2 rows of 4 in block 11 for those like myself who applied for 4 tickets in the ballot. Went before I could get them in the basket.

Serious questions need to be answered around how these ballots are carried out.

Didn't realise they would try to take the money before I even got an email, it was the wrong account and it bounced!

Already emailed support but does anyone know if they'll try again or have I lost the chance at the tickets now?

In case anyone else is in the same boat, I went onto the ticket website this morning after they went live and noticed a notification for reserved tickets.

Just added it back to my basket from there and managed to secure it! Can't pay for my nephews ticket directly though, have to go in separately.

Same here, “requested” 2 tickets for either the East or West stand this time. Hopefully early-season interest will die off.

The response to asking how 0/2 from ballot applications whilst tickets went on sale was another generic link to seat unique and sportsbreaks. Thankfully the club followed up by sending me additional emails to both seat unique and sportsbreaks.

If the Villa section on the tickets menu is just showing as "sold out" does that mean there's non available on resale? Or is the resale in a separate section somewhere?

Last time it seemed to be when people had money taken off their card, or the tickets showed up in their account.

They told us we'd know Thursday afternoon, but I don't think anyone had any Emails from the club by that time.

Sorted, got a Villa ticket on resale. 0/2 on FB+, 2/2 on resale....looking like that £60 is a massive ripoff! Both resales purchased easily, took about 20 seconds for mt Brighton on and about 6 mins for Villa today

Just go to the Villa game on the match ticket list, if there's any available it'll let you in, if not it'll say "sold out". I kept refreshing and took about 6/7 mins to get one showing up
