They won't be talking about the game it will be all about Stevie Me. When critiquing players it will be "when I was playing how much better I was blah blah" and then managers not comparing to his mount Everest of a feat of going unbeaten by not losing to the likes of Kilmarnock in four games they play per season!

My hatred for Celtic meant even gerrard winning the title didn’t bother me. I’m by no means a rangers fan either I just loathe the Green and white hooped kopites
 

I too am confused right now.
On one hand, I don't mind Villa and I'm keen to see how Slippy does after winning his two horse race, after a few years of trying.
On the other hand, he's a snivelling, hyped-up, overrated gobshoite.
Can anybody help me out Blues?

In my view it is easy. Anything that Slippy is involved with should, in a fair world, end in abject failure ;)
 
I’m getting fed up trying to scroll past all the Gerrard articles in the press. It’s like football has just been invented at Villa….
 
I watched his Presser yesterday, and he looks a completely deflated fella.

I wonder just how much scope Liverpool have got over his career, and are dictating that he goes to the Premier League.

Just didn't see up for it at all.

It will be interesting when Klopp goes, there was a story the other day that suggested certain people at Anfield are keen for Pep Lijnders to be given a go.

I mean, no one will really know except Gerrard and Liverpool.

But even his "unfair" comments, didn't sound convincing... did they? I don't think Klopp's in a hurry, think he'll wait until Pep goes, so he's got a clear run at the title, then head back to Germany, I reckon.

Gerrard has that much of an ego that he may actually think he's going to achieve all sorts at Villa.
