Do you mean if we can't do better we should keep our mouth shut? This is just crap. I can't play decent football, does that mean that I can't criticise players if they are not doing well?
I am sure I am not capable enough to be president of my country, does it mean that I have to forfeit my rights to vote?
 

Theordore Roosvelt probably summed up my feelings on the subject quite nicely.

But that's just it, you do question it, each and every day on here. It's the easiest thing in the world to take pot shots at people. Offering up better alternatives is considerably harder.

I dare say Danny and Dylan would get pretty hacked off if people here constantly moaned about how they run the place, especially if when asked for constructive feedback they responded with "well I'm not the forum admin am I?"

I appreciate full well that we're neither paid to improve the club or privvy to the information and resources required to make a decent stab at it, but you could at least pay lip service rather than this constant drip, drip, drip of criticism.

So we're saying that we and the people who own and control the club have roughly the same idea about getting the club into a better financial position to back the manager? That's comforting. At least that's what your commentary amounts to as far as I can gather. I dont think it's true, btw. We have people like Elstone who have come to us via the industry's specialist company, Deloitte, and who can, presumably, offer expert advice to the board. Unfortunately he's desperate to keep hold of his job so, in the absence of a strategy of inviting a takeover capable of injecting substantial funds into the club he meekly advocates a 'facility led' strategy by holding onto Tesco's coat tails to shoehorn the club into a stadium miles away - the capacity of which is barely greater than the current stadium's.

Not quite sure how you got the impression I implied that. I guess we as individuals have very different dispositions towards life. Your moaning on here won't change one thing but if it makes you feel better you knock yourself out.

I try to refrain from these blame games....but that is a big pile o' steaming crap you just posted. If we got Elstone from the industry's specialists, then he would have no problem getting another job elsewhere.
