Surely Southgate can see the difference between how Belgium get the ball forward quickly at every opportunity. On several occasions they have stretched our defence with breakaways at pace. Whereas we, when we get possession at the back, just pass it around at a leisurely pace which lets the opposition get 11 men behind the ball. We then pass it round until we lose it. We never have a quick break when the opposition are short of numbers at the back. Kane is just an interested spectator.
