But yeah, swimming is great. Unfortunately in England the weather is far too muck to have many outdoor pools. Have to cycle to our city centre for the nearest one. All good exercise!

And yeah, it beats Everton hands down!

Never tried it, but probably really should. One of the best exercises there is imho. Used to love running but my ankle can't take it.
