Jackets for goalposts... isn't it?Barry's ploughed a lonely furrow up front tonight. First line of defence. Thankless task. Running his legs into stumps. Not making it easy for the defence. Doing what he can. Working for the team. He'll sleep well tonight. Not scared of the hard yards. Leaving it all out there. Showing guts, stones, balls and gravel. Running his socks off. One or two of his teammates could learn a lesson. Honest as the day is long. Old school values. Can't buy that spirit. Example to all young pros. Lovely lad. Good family. Grounded. Not a bad bone in his body. Loves his nan. Hasn't forgotten where he's come from. No Insta. Childhood sweetheart. Funded a hospital in his hometown. Great lad around the club- the lunch ladies love him. Success hasn't changed him. Needs a goal to settle him, do him wonders. Listens to his coaches. No father figure as a lad, needs a kiss and a hug sometime. Worth his weight in gold.

Seemed to win every single header in the second half and ran his you know what's off.
He's getting there. Just genuinely needs a goal now and he can kick on to finish on 7 or 8 for the season and then hopefully be better next season.
I noticed that too , not a flicker of emotion at final whistle ! strangeHe looked good from what I saw this evening.
He’s properly got that Gen Z stare though. He was next to KDH at the full time whistle, KDH was mad-for-it celebrating, Barry’s face didn’t move.
