I’ve been impressed with his first touch lay offs so far, nice touch. He looks a bit wild in front of goal though from the few chances he’s had.
Ultimately, we’ve got to get better service in to our strikers. We’re still not creating lots of good chances for them. Moyes seems to think strikers should just score goals.
If Barry is missing sitters left right centre every week, I’ll be worried. At the moment I’m more concerned the amount of good chances we’re creating. Hopefully improve when new signings bed in, then we can really judge the strikers.

Don’t know about you lads but I’m gonna go for something radical and reserve judgement on a young foreign player coming to our competitive league until they’ve had time to bed in and have a go. Permit me to not make a blanket judgement now because I know a baller before anyone else does and stick to that position through thick and thin.
