Played well today, pleased for him. Got a great leap on him so wins a lot of headers (which we need given how often we pump it) but also showed a lot of clever touches around the half way line to link up play. Genuinely believe we are a better team when he starts

Thought he was really good today. Confidence boosting performance. More to come.
Personally whatever the reason I was really happy to see it.
We’re not going to get any new strikers at least until January and probably not even then. We need to give the ones we do have the support to put in as good performances as they can, whatever that level might be. And who knows, he is still a young lad adapting to a new league.
Some people are just determined to hate the lad and it tells.
Nothing but positive things today and people still wanna find negative things to say.
Had a good game, got involved alot and tidy link play with all the players behind him. As a team we play much much better with him in there.
Good positioning for his disallowed goal, also rose well for a header earlier in game. Goals will come and it'll do him the world of good when first one goes in. Can already see it meant alot to him for the fans to support him today.

Was better today, I think he earned himself another start with his linkup play. He still doesnt "make" anything happen, its all up to how well he works within a team.
Thought he showed a little more 2nd half (though that bit when he fell over and injured his shoulder was hilarious).

Wham bid 35m for him, and he probably could have gone for more. Went to Bournemouth for 12m because Lorient are part of the same multi-club ownership group.

I think people are so desperate for him to do well they're being generous. No issue with that. If he does well Everton do well.
If you watched a game tomorrow as a neutral and he played like that you'd say ok. Nothing more nothing less.
