Ffp - abide by it and stay best of the rest. We need serious quality adding in just about every position to sustain a top 4 season.

I'd be tempted to disregard it, just spend whatever it takes and then if finish top 4 and banned from CL for a year so what, we're no worse off but have the ability to go on and keep doing so until the 3 years or whatever it is are passed.

We only look good against middle of the range type sides who don't perform on the day.As soon as a team WANTS to beat us they usually do. No team in Europe has a worse derby match record.
