No where near his Arsenal days.

Has lost that explosiveness in his game and is about 2 yards off the pace.

The injuries have caught up with him.

Reminds me of Owen at Newcastle who came back to the PL and just wasn't the same player without that blistering pace and couldn't adapt his game when he had lost that pace.
Can't be easy for him

England career over at 27 and doesent look like he will play cl football again.

Started well but at the moment looks like is just passing time until he retires

Hes still got the pace, composure is his biggest problem currently and sadly its something hes had all through his career.

He must realise that he won't go anywhere better than us now. When he first came to us, I can remember him taking a few rough tackles, but
got up and ran the pain off (I liked the look of that) but now he's lost that. He has played with a lot of players who are a lot better than anyone
we've got. Now then! It's up to him to decide what he wants, does he want just the wages every week, or does he want to 'run his balls off''
for us for the next 5 years, laugh and be laughed at by his team-mates (They must be wonderful times). So think about it Lad and get stuck in.
You can still go to the supermarket or garden-centre with your missus when you're 40!

He scored in other games though.

He has always been a bit of streaky player. When he’s confidence his high he plays and scores instictively. We will see this at some stage of the season.
Still think he is our best option on the right

He has a CV that that could get him a good contract in the USA or another destination. He would probably need a pay cut but he strikes me as someone that might enjoy a less pressurised league, a decent pay day and a change of culture. Lets face it, despite not reaching the levels of Rooney he has experiences a similar amount of media scrutiny from an early age

Maybe I'm not nuanced enough to understand, but Theo just does very little for me. He seems to lose the ball 90% of the time he has it going forward, and his footballing intelligence is quite low. He should have cost us the first goal with his undisciplined and needless touch before Rico's goal.

Would prefer for Lookman to get some more run at the RW spot, and if that doesn't work we need to look for a new RW (as an American Pulisic would be my dream) in the summer. Walcott is not currently good enough, and at his age will only get worse going forward.

^ this post is a result of his run in the 43rd-44th minute where he took on three defenders instead of dropping off to Siggy who was the top of the box unmarked.
