Well, that's one of the away games gone and I can't think of any positive contribution that he made to todays game. Plenty of negative ones though. On 22 minutes we had a promising looking attack, the ball was played to Walcott and it went under his foot. we lost possession and they went straight up the other end and won a penalty. Typical Walcott, he can't control a ball.
About 10 minutes later he was given the ball just inside their penalty area in about 5 yards of space. Chance to look up a pick a man out with a measured cross or maybe just hit it and hope. Wonder which one he did.
He had his customary 'shot' or should I say back pass to their keeper. In training he needs to be told just to whack a ball against a wall just to see if he's capable of putting any force into a shot.
First half injury time he tries to beat De Gea at his near post.
Second half he was just anonymous.
He's just a guy with a bit of pace. He has little footballing skill and very little footballing brain. we will never win anything with him in the team.
Let's see what he does in the next 3 away games.

Walcott cost us two goals shocking pass which led to the disgustingly given penalty, then not bothering to chase back after his own bad touch was punished, also wasted two glorious chances to lay on virtual tap ins to players in better places, yeah drop him next week get ademola into the side for Brighton
