Much better tonight. Still think he can offer way more but he was far from the invisible man he'd been in recent weeks.

Still can't believe he didn't attack that cross by Baines in the first half. No idea why he'd back away from such a perfectly teed up ball.

I reckon cause he's really, really nervous about missing any kind of big chance. Which is a little understandable since we keep ripping players to shreds from the stands with our booing, jeering and unpleasant words when they do such things. Those are the times.

When he wasn't given any time to think, he lashed it home nicely.

Do you really believe that?

weird that some people seem to be determined to have a pop at one of our few good players, can only assume they are the same ones who said we were too good for him in jan, and now are desperate to be proved right, it's a shame if that's the case

He was a rare logical signing in amongst all the complete dross we've signed for no rational reason in the last 18 months.

He was a no brainer and I'm glad we got him.

he was already moving backward for that cross and had boliaise coming in who bottled, if the biggest critique of theos performance was his inability to defy physics, I'd say he did alright

I seriously hope you are joking.

I believe it's got to have an impact. They're humans, with actual human feelings. How could it not?
It's not as though they're random people who've walked off the street to play the game. They not only have experienced it before but if a few shouts and a few groans puts you off your game you're a weak individual. I've had bosses unleash their anger problems on me before but I didn't wilt away and stop doing the job well, you just laugh it off and keep going.

One of the only players in the entire squad that's comfortable actually having the ball at his feet.

If it doesn't come to either him or Coleman the ball is immediately passed on/ trapped dead. We're abysmally stagnant right now but without him we'd be planted somewhere around our six yard box for 90 minutes
