Alternatively watch him go next season after watching and learning off Walcott in training.

Don't think he is. He kicked off at Southgate last season when he banged in 20 goals and couldn't get in the squad.

Loved his comment on radio last night about Seamus steaming down the wing in stoppage time and about how fit he is and that Seamus can do some of his running for him. Shows he is relaxed in the squad already. They looked good together last night and can only get better.

I have said from the start that he will be a short term fix.

We need a short term fix because we are in big danger of going down.

But a squad stuffed with them is going to be a problem in years to come.

So do you want a badge or a chest to pin it on?

It shows what we've missed all season.

Coleman busting a gut down that side allowed Walcott to move in from the right and basically play as a second striker, which is his best role imo.

That should benefit the whole team going forward.

Walcott and Coleman where outstanding last night on the right, showing all of the qualities we have lacked this season.

I really hope he gets that place in the WC squad. Not arsed about England but it means he's had an excellent back end to the season for us.
