All presumably part of the speech where they ask if you smoke/drink/do drugs?I dont like doing this, but its pretty standard to be asked if you are pregnant by a Dr when they are giving you tablets or a scan.
Its happened to me a number of times, its normally said with a smile on their face, but it does happen.
Doubt it will result in many surprises but generally “better safe than sorry“ seems a wise approach when getting a medical history.
Personally would think there are more important issues to resolve with the NHS that picking this particular one to get upset about.
