Horrible scenes in Hawaii
Sounds and looks like a strong wind aswell, awful combination.
Is it me or is it a bit humid, the perspiring. Oh.
Not nice reports coming out of Hawaii this morning. An area that has suffered huge biodiversity depletions already, not to mention how terrifying this must be for locals
Boiling by ours this morning, belter day to work at a laptop and look out the window.

Many thanks. The drill begins. We watch and wait. Instinct says this will still be further west, but we'll see. I have a whole state full of sand and piney woods to soak up the front edge of this one. I have friends on the gulf right in the path. We may see them. We've talked.
Flood barrier.
It's been really humid for weeks now. Wet and 'warm'. Got terrible mosquitos everywhere!!
When I left for work yesterday morning, it was about 78F/25C and so humid it was foggy.
