Nice one. Spoke with my boss yesterday who is in Denham Springs. They have a generator and have patchy internet connectivity but all okay.

So sad that in a country as wealthy as the USA the response often is one you'd expect of a crackpot skint Caribbean island.

I don't know about anyone else but surely if these major event storms keep hitting this area they should start to look to rehouse people away from the state or at least the coast.

Apparently 2 C up here in Cumbria - wind coming down from the North has certainly lowered the temperature a few degrees. Might have to put a thin jumper on
