Not sure if this has already been discussed but Swansea have been a bit naughty over the Vorm transfer to Tottenham. Because they would have owed 30% of any fees received to his previous club (Utrecht) they've basically said he was given for free as part of the swap deal where him and Davies went to Spurs and Sigurdsson went to them.

Utrecht are rightly (in my opinion) fuming as he's a dutch international, had 2 years lefton his deal and is only 30 years old. Swansea have said they're looking after the best interests of their club and that they've done everything by the book, and even though I suppose they have, I think it's wrong personally.

Not sure what everyone else thinks?

They have to give each asset a value.

So swapping 2 assets for another would mean all assets have values.

Also legally they woud be screwed as the value of the asset would likely be determined by the court and they would need to pay.

it's a hard one to gauge isn't it? depends what the contract says i think. if it says it's a swap deal, is it against the rules to not pay a sell on fee?
