One club is making the most of its name, the other club is the plaything of human right abusers looking to raise their worldwide profile.
I'd say there's a moral difference.
You could argue this "making the most of its name" is exploting every aspect of the game and fans possible.

Don't you really mean just more money far simpler.
Between what he has done with the Jaguars and Fulham, Khan has to be one of the worst owners going. Given the structure of the NFL, having a team be that consistently awful takes a special talent.

Just reading that Sanchez and Debuchy are apparently "close" to signing for Arsenal. Genuinely makes me bawk that this was the team that we were scrapping over 4th with last year yet we wouldn't even dream to attract players of that calibre. You can add Ozil to that too.

To be fair, if there was a club that deserved to splash the cash on genuine class talent, its Arsenal.
Those fans have paid through the nose for years and they've ran the club well.
