Football journalists are utter lowlife scumbags tho. Why did they feel the need to do this.

I'm sure everyone of us has been caught out at some point in our lives where we've said the wrong thing. Thankfully it's not taped and plastered over a tabloid to get us sacked from our employer.

They probably didn't think he was going to be a good manager for England and thus were doing a service.

Don't say the wrong thing and agree to break your industry's rules

Think when you employ someone in one of the most high profile jobs in international football, at £3m plus a year, it is reasonable to expect a certain level of behaviour.

The fact it was a set up, is pretty irrelevant.

The fact is he went to a meeting, a few weeks after taking the job, before he had even managed a game, (I think), and proffered his expertise/exploited his new position, (delete at will), with his agent and advisor present, for £400K.

It isnt being caught out like nicking some smarties when you are 12. It is exploiting his own position as England manager for his own personal gain.

Glad he now has many years to reflect on the utter stupidity/greed/avarice/ego that has made him a total and utter post it note in footballing achievements.

Hahahahaha what? He's been found out. He's done it in the past , hence the sting.
Do you blame females wearing short skirts for being raped too?
