By the way, if the Friedkins pull a rabbit out of the hat now, people like Joyce peddling this old regime thinking will look utterly out of touch. Of course, if he is right, people like me have been deluded to imagine the new guys would actually bring real change.

It's like the Friedkins and Marc Watts are brainstorming new managers via seance with Bill Kenwright.
 
TFG would be mad imo to go near him, but I’m sure we’d be ok as it’s anyone but dyche for me.

Hopefully they have loftier ambitions that dour davey the shithouse.
 
A manager with only one less relegation on his CV than Dychey and who’s actually achieved something tangible in his football career too. Wouldn’t be my first choice, like.
