would be nice if it was possible for the posts that have incurred positive or negative 'reputation points' to be indicated as such. currently we have a game of hide and seek in terms of finding the nice and the not so comments left for each account.

i think that makes sense.

This was a reply of mine in the "Closet Red" thread but thought it would be good to put in here so people might see how "rep" works.


Yes, anyone can give anyone rep, either positive or negative.

If you see a post that you agree or disagree with, click on the scales in the upper righthand corner of the post.

A little pop up window will open asking if you approve or disapprove of the post. In addition, you can type in a comment to go with your approval or disapproval.

You cannot "spam" someone's reputation. I believe you can give two "approvals" or "disapprovals" to the same person before you "must spread reputation around..."

This prevents someone from having a go at someone via the rep option or bigging up their buddy by spamming him or her with good rep points. I don't know how much you must spread around before you can go back to the same poster to give them rep again.

There's some right little rats on here who use their keyboard as an act of getting one over you.

I think making it viewable who has left you neg feedback will just cause arguments and "revenge attacks".
