I felt sorry for them. They pulled off a minor miracle last year by staying up. I don't call them bottlers because they didn't really have the players to stay up this (or even last) season, so the fact that they've had 2 seasons up in the premier league was a good achievement relative to the years preceding their promotion.
I suspect that they also have a team that can fight their way out of the Championship, so may have transitioned from a championship club to a yo-yo club. That would be progress.
Not sure about getting out of the championship so quickly as better teams than them have gone down and struggled, but they'll have parachute payments and be reasonably financially well off by championship standards, it may take a few attempts though.
Perhaps they can follow Burnley's example, then a similar sized club, who didn't spend and were better prepared to bounce back, and not Derby County's who are still there ten years later.
