Assume your Chrome browser on your phone has an adblock version of sorts? Does it happen on safari mate?

I haven't downloaded one and I can't find any trace of one - I get the normal ads on GOT and elsewhere - and no mate, it doesn't appear at all on Safari.
Every morning without fail my first few page changes are greeted by it, as are any after I've been inactive for a while, and when I log into wi-fi at my parents or at work it comes up for a short while.
I will screenshot it next time if it's any use. I can cope with it, just to help you guys nip it in the bud if it's a problem.

The adblock warning comes up occassionally for me on quite a few PC's / browsers. It always seems to happen when the site's busy, as though something ( javascript maybe ? ) is failing to load, so the test fails, giving the warning.
I get it as a script error sometimes if I reload the page or navigate away before it's loaded both on my pc and phone
