The random picture thread

Was driving to work one summer morning, just gone through Ince Blundell when a wasp flew into my windscreen, when I stopped for the lights the angry little [Poor language removed] was trying to sting the car over and over. Left 5 or 6 tiny blobs of wasp poison on the windscreen.

Little bastards hate them, bees I love, honey is fabulous.

When I was 1, me dad pushed me through a swarm of bees in me pram on Richard Kelly Drive by me nan's. Even at that young age, I remember it hurting even now. I was stung everywhere, lucky I wasn't allergic I suppose. Don't even like honey lads.

Your Dad pushed you through a swarm of bees? That's not very nice of him like.

Bees are alright, if you leave them alone then they will leave you alone, usually. They serve a purpose too.

Wasps on the other hand are the absolute bastards of the insect world and I take great pleasure in killing them.

I actually saw a swarm of bee's fly past my window at work the other day, it was proper weird, never seen one before like that. There were millions of them, I thought the world was ending FFS

You may be a rare specimen if you actually remember that accident so vividly.

Fairly sure it's nearly impossible, like. Look up "childhood amnesia" and all that. I can't imagine how traumatising (physically and emotionally) it must've been for you though, to remember it. Terrible accident.

I know what you're talking about, but Im one of those people who can remember REALLY far back. Some people can remember every single day of their lives. I can't do that, but I can remember really early memories

That's extraordinary, at least.

Random trivia: about 1 in 2500 can actually remember their birth. Which would be silly, I think, but still - FACHTS.

My wife was home with our oldest when he was a little baby and heard a loud buzzing noise, came out of the baby's room to see bees swarming all over the outside of the house. Was apprantly very loud and quite scary. They were just there all over the outside of the house, she phoned pest control people who told her it was probably a swarm following a queen and she had just stopped for a rest, sure enough they flew of within an hour. Very scary moments for her alone in the house with a small baby.

Maybe my mind's filled in the blanks from things I've heard then. Pretty sure I remember it, but then the mind's a strange thing. You might be right then, maybe it's a 'false memory' thingy

Btw, I'm having a lot of trouble uploading pics from anywhere, Internet or hard drive. Any advice?
