Looks like a wooden foot bridge so I doubt he could have driven over it.

True. Though to me, him risking his life because he couldn't be arsed to walk 200 yards is funnier than the video

We're going slightly off track but we don't actually know he was delivering a parcel and even if he was we don't know it was to that building and even if it was he may have another 10 deliveries in that same direction.
One thing we do know is he'll never try driving through that water again.
