I was buzzing off one of the University English tutors from work in a video call today. He's a complete stoner. He said that he and his colleagues (all in their 30's) recently went to a wooded area of Greasby, wirral and all eat some spiritual mushrooms. He said that the plan was to go into the woods and soak up the environment and sounds of nature. But they ended up stopping by the first tree they encountered and ended up silently studying it for 3 hours, stroking their chins and slowly circling the tree to observe it from different angles. He said that they measured the circumference of it, not with a tape measure but by using their hands, it came to 9 hands round at the base. I asked him if he enjoyed it. He said that "Yeah... I was a bit unsettled to begin with but at the end i felt I had strangely benefitted from the experience"....



I thought that was genius. ...
