Yes it was aimed at the promoted clubs but what the original post was getting at about it being funny was that we were quick to congratulate them on promotion or winning the league because we were criticised for not congratulating liverpool

I live south of Leicester. I got asked last week by a RS supporter who I know, who was born and bred in Leicester, 'Did you celebrate when Liverpool won the league?'
I asked 'Why would I celebrate?'
He just said 'Bitters'. Then added 'An Everton supporter from Liverpool. What's all that about?'
Not sure if he knows that Everton is in Liverpool since he's never been. It was his first night out since lockdown and he was smashed so I didn't press the point.
