like it wasn't obvious, they'll fight tooth and nail to keep as much as they can knowing there is no appetite for an expensive and drawn out legal fight and bill. thing is, it can't just be the one company. there was billions creamed off, where's the rest?
Before the judgement was handed down, they went public with the fact the company only has ~£700k to its name. DHSC knew they’d only ever see pennies from administrators, but the judgement itself and now this subsequent bluster about doing everything they can to recover the money is the PR win they were after.
