The amount of chances we have been creating Yakubu would have been good if he was interested.

To be fair both of them were brilliant under Moyes. I can't think of many who failed over the past few years that would have flourished under Martinez. The problem was they were gash.

I know it was ages ago but Matteo Ferrarri was a good player and could play it out from the back very well. He was good under Moyes (I thought anyway) and would be great with Martinez's tactics.

Just done a bit of research. Didn't realise he only played 8 games for us.

I remember him as being quite alright?????

When healthy, he was fantastic for us. Now plying his trade as a CB for the Montreal Impact in MLS. Saw him just a few months ago here in Houston.
