Rubbish. Mears is well known for her aggressive riding and she clearly leant into Pendleton. I say again, if Pendleton had not have leant back she would have been knocked off of her bike. It's a self defence mechanism. The momentum from that is bound to send you up the track a bit. Mears likes to give it out but can't take it.

Dont be daft, Bruce. You are allowed to ride aggressively if you dont transgress. Mears did that. The space between the red lin and edge of track is well enough room to keep your line and not baulk an opponent. VP felt the heat and drifted out of that area.

Cant believe what I'm reading here from you on this. You at least usually come across as a rational man, even if I sometimes disagree.
