Probably the 1st time ever GB have had 6 golds in one day. i know when it was 5 it was the 1st time since 1908

My mum was an awesome runner when she was young and we were brought up watching athletics so it's always been a fav of mine... seen ovette, coe, Daley Thompson, Tom mckean, Linford, Fatima, Backley, Mick Hill.........................too many to mention.. and as a country we have produced some boss boss athletes over the years but tonight has eclipsed anything I have ever seen in my lifetime as a british athletics fan. Simply wonderful.
