Nah, Chinese Silver. It's not a disqualification, just a relegation in that heat. On the replay it looks like a dodgy decision. Chinese coach is not happy about it.

And another Olympic hero is made, a pathetic disqualification in the boxing last night led to the bloke DQ'd wouldnt approach the tit of a ref and just left the ring, and now it seems one of the Chinese women riders is off out of the velodrome and isnt bothered about the medal ceremony.
Good for you love, no protest allowed so stick it up the IOC and the sponsors - your 4 years ruined (at least).

I'm angry about it (and the boxing, saw that live and it was a disgrace) and I'm just a nobody sitting watching it on a laptop. I can't fathom how it feels to be these people -- people who've dedicated years of their lives to this.

I can't believe they can't appeal in the cycling though. That's not on.

sadly she came back. would have much rather seen a roundhouse kick like the taekwando guy in 2008. that photos was too close to call, i'd say that was harsh, but then they won by a similar margin
