..no, Tom, exercise is good for you even if bits are starting to wobble when you walk down the stairs.
I'd like to think I'm a bit healthier than a good few my age. My problem is that I'll possibly do myself an injury trying just to stay healthy.
 
Keep going mate. Im 59, just done the London marathon and plan to do another Took up cycling 3 years ago, love it,low impact on your joints. Any exercise is good at our age.
Left my running shoes in the locker a good while back but agree with the cycling. Biking to and from work helping to keep the timber off.
Could do with sorting my diet and eating habits out, but a bloke's got to have some fun.
