I didn't rate the original either and I thought Extras was just embarrassing but many did like them

The original was superb, especially the christmas special, and i loved extras, i'm still searching for an ebay bargain for series one and two.

I really don't like Gervais, he is just not funny as far as I'm concerned. Quite a few of the cast hated his guts as well
