I think the fact he won two makes him hall of famer.. Just.
Probably so. He'd be the only QB to win 2 super bowls and not get in if not.

What actually is Eli Manning is a hard question for me. Was he merely an average/good QB that was great in the playoffs and won 2 super bowls on the merit of his performances? Or was he actually a Hall of Fame player?
Hall of Pretty Good but will get in to the HOF because he's a Manning and beat the undefeated Pats

As I'm the only one who seems to like Rivers, I will say yes !!Question for the group: If Eli hadn’t refused to go to San Diego, does he win a title there? Does Rivers win one for the Giants?

Thank you buddy.Good mate, he's growing big. He's way bigger than my last picture but I'll put it in your thread.

Well seeing as how Rivers is a much better QB than Eli I reckon he wins about two. Eli none.
Rivers had a lot of talent on those Chargers teams... I can't see him as more than an average QB in the big passing offense era. He's more Matthew Stafford or Andy Dalton than Dan Fouts, that's certain.
Rivers has better stats across the board passing the ball (like every single category) and has a better W-L record.
I guess this to me is the essence of the conversation. We can't really tell if Rivers or Eli is better, but Eli won 2 rings. So Eli will probably get in the Hall, but Rivers was simply average. And Eli was average too.
