I have an unerring feeling that the triggering of a vote of no confidence at this stage is a cynical ploy get it out of the way prior to the forthcoming by-elections. Should the Tories lose badly, which seems likely, and then Boris was to face a vote of no confidence then he would lose. He has a better chance of winning tonight than he does following a couple of election defeats. The man is a rat and nothing is beneath him.

Sad thing is they are not voting for the good of the Country, Brexit balls up, rising taxes and National insurance, ever increasing retirement age, endless energy bill rises, petrol rises, food price rises, house price rises, cost of living out of control, people having to choose between eating or heating, unbelievable National debt increases, partygate, his habitual lying and running our Country into the ground freefall.
The Tories are voting due to themselves being terrified of losing their seats, self interest and survival only.

Doesn’t matter if she is or isn’t. Hunt (who is a horrible man) has exercised his right to openly criticise the PM and vote for no confidence. It’s very important that MPs are able to do so.
Just because he has doesn’t mean that Dorries (who is totally unqualified for her role) should then start mud slinging her version of private conversations via Twitter.
This government is not fit for purpose. You’ll probably admit as much once all the dust has settled.

It’s a beautiful thing to see Johnson’s reign coming to an end via a thousand of mini stab wounds. Absolute stain on our politics.

Only a matter of time now, says a lot that only the caricatures of Dorries and Mogg are willing to speak to cameras on the matter.

He will hang around like a bad smell for a while longer but he will be gone by xmas. Hopefully voters won’t let the tories off at the next election.
