9 days after losing my phone in the canal and walking to a three store i am home and there is still no sign of the sim from three. Just had a lengthy phonecall with two people overseas one of whom told me a sim had been ordered and another told me it had been cancelled. I can't get a pac code without an active sim so I can't immediately go elsewhere. After expressing how i would rather revert to carrier pigeon than ever use their service again they ended with the insult of them trying to upsell me a new contract again!! They're utterly clueless. AVOID THREE!!

"How can I buy an improved anything when you cant even get me a sim for the contact you are taking money from me for right now?"

Gotta meet these challenges with a little more gamespersonship.
