Fake. There's no royal blue one for a start and no clubs have the same template for each of their kits. They may share a template with other clubs under that brand but they usually mix them up so their sufficiently different enough for supporters of that club to buy all three.

Is it just me or is the middle kit more of a dark navy blue than royal blue?

I'm betting these are prematch warmups. If last season is any indication, there were several different warm-up shirts for each kit. A royalish blue with brighter blue accents for home, a pink/black and a black/pink for away, and navy blue/royal blue accents for third.
