Very interesting. I have been told were in talks with a few players, Pienaar deal got closer last week and that no bid as been put in for Baines!.

If Elia does indeed join Everton, the likely possibility is that it would be a loan deal with a view to buy.

From same bloke, Castoignos held talks with us at the same time, well his agent did. And THT confirmed to me that we are in talks with a few players at this moment in time.

Hasnt had the best of times in Italy and wants out, so who knows, but apparently weve held talks with his agent.

Also, i asked THT if the Pienaar deal was close, and he said it got closer last week, and it isnt dependant on Baines going, and that there's been no bids what so ever for Baines at present so talk he's going for Â£18m is just bollox right now!.

And THT did say, without giving names, that were in talks with a few players.

Would be a great signing, weird though 'cause we don't usually go for signings that have a lot hype around them but I guess Elia is one of the few exception that might be cheap.
