As awesome as submarines are, I don't think they are particularily beautiful. And some of the cars posted in this thread, in my opinion, are no where near worthy (A Mercedes CLK FFS!!!!! Ahh well, as they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder).

The P-38 is a great shout too. And maybe the Iowa class battleships.

The p51 or Mustang as we called it. A beautiful craft and a good symbol of brit / yank co-operation.
An excellently designed American fighter, it performed badly at high altitude until we put the rolls Royce Merlin engine in it . From then on it kicked Nazi arse all over Europe. More than gave the Spity a run for its money.
