We have had a year to settle into our new home. Increased revenues and we are an attractive place to play football, non European competition aside. Stable financially and 2 transfer windows away from being really competitive.
Massively underwhelming season. Even though I felt we were a lower mid table kind if squad at the start of the season. Seeing everyone's favourites to go down qualify for Europe does chafe a bit though.
I'd love to rant and rave at Moyes or the recruitment but I don't actually know whether the recruitment team are good and Moyes is nixing everything they do or Moyes is doing the best he can with a training ground full of poor players and not being given what he wants / needs.
Maybe as long as we're a positively contributing asset on The Friedkin Group's balance sheet then I never will know.

We’ve just got a whole Summer of jarg transfer rumours for months to look forward to and people wetting their pants over them.
Same as every summer really.
No relegation battle, which was good. We still have far too many crap players though.

WC stifles transfers. season starts august 7th somehow. thankfully we don't have so many involved so a few get a rest at least.

Overall a little disappointing and though I didn't expect overly hot performances it felt like after a slow start with a misleading decent spell it lapsed into underperformance during the run-in.
