This whole indicent has left me feeling a bit of sympathy for BLF but mostly hungry and resentful that I might have to get out of bed for some toast

Our toaster broke last week and no one is bothered about replacing it. The amount of times I've burnt toast under the grill is astonishing.

Where does lemon curd fit into this scheme?

That's different - it's a bit like an icing made from lemons. Icing sugar and stuff is added. @Morag makes a boss lemon curd.
