They had a few classics (Adams family tune to Jacob Oram as he ran in to bowl haha). Went to that game and the Hamilton test (which we lost!). Was there when Sidebottom got his hattrick, they went mental!

Well lads. Ole Jdawg got turned down by the bird from last weekend. Had a chat with her after work and she brought it up, and was honest and hesitant to say so, but glad she did. Disappointing like. But the lesson here isn't that I shouldn't have tried or anything. No one likes getting told "I"m not into you like that" me included, but sometimes you can't help who you get interested in, and sometimes they're not looking for you. For whatever reason. We didn't even get into "why", but I can tell you the last couple days I was stressing myself too much trying to figure it out and figure out my "next move". What I was really hoping for was a "yes or no", and I got it. Besides, I've know the girl a week. I have absolutely no idea if it would have even ended up being a good idea. I can think of one specific example within the last few years, where I would have saved myself a world of hurt if she had been more honest and upfront as this one was.
Long story short, it's all good. Being disappointed isn't the end of the world. We're Everton after all. We're better conditioned to handle disappointment than anyone aren't we?
