Pre-holiday crash diet mate. 2 weeks of soup and shakes. Will drop mimimum 5 kg so when I come back from brazil will be the same weight I am now ...
 
Lads. I'm scared of the dentist, after a horrific botched filling fix with resulted in losing a tooth, so I've avoided the dentist for about 3 years. My teeth need a check up but terrified if going back to the butcher, is it easy to get a new dentist like?

there is an NHS website mate - will tell you where the nearest one to you is.
