It's horrible. Sleep on top of the bed covers , and you still wake up sweating . That's if you manage to get to sleep, that is

I hate it mate, I hate being uncomfortable sleeping at night. I really can't wait till autumn/winter

Average time of sleep is about 3 o'clock atm. I cannot stand this hot at night at all. Why can it not be cool at night. There is a fan somewhere but I don't want to waste electricity when I sleep.

Not so warm up here in N Wales at the mo but i can definitely sympathise with the not being able to sleep thing, had less than 5 hours sleep the last 3 nights before working 8 hour shifts, disgusting.

Lads make sure you flip your pillows over a few times a night so they're nice and cold.

In the summer I can do, it gets really really humid over here, almost tropical in Jan/Feb, sweaty bollocks really isn't ideal.
