rejoined the gym after about 2 years, bought some gym gear, bought some cutting supplements and my protein. Guess its time to do the running and sort the diet.

I'm taking all sorts of hours off unpaid right now. Saves going sick.
Need to still get income over a certain level.. Pension complicates things.

I'm public sector so as long as I do my 35 im sound, but I hate it. I get decent holidays and i'm on a really good starter wage, but i'd sooner work longer hours, have less holidays and earn £5k less to enjoy my job

I might sound silly now, but then why do it?

I don't think I could do extra hours, especially that many extra hours unless I was getting something out of it.

Because the company I work for pay me well enough to warrant working above and beyond, plus the share options I've been granted mean I'll be potentially able to retire before I'm 40 if they mature enough in that period.

Goldman Sachs are tough clients, not as tough as Morgan Stanley, but it's not forever..

I'm day rate when I'm offshore or abroad but hourly in the UK.

Working Sunday too, on double time.

Is right, always hourly. For M&S and places, definitely.

Funnily enough, I got paid more for working 30 hours per week stacking shelves back home at M&S than I do working full time at a debt management company. Which sort of leads to Cena's point.

I used to do X4 12 hour shifts. ( 48 hour week ) I liked that as it seemed you weren't their all the time.. Now I do 36.5 and its spread out, unpaid lunchtime Dosent help either.
