This depresses me, I've got a friend in Leeds and the price they have just paid for a large 3 bed house is so cheap, cheaper than my smallish 2 bed flat. Wages obviously reflect that but not by that much. Bastards

Sounds like there are plenty of places of similar quality and price up there so you probably wouldn't struggle to find somewhere, I've not been on a night out up there yet but I'm told it's fairly decent by them.
