Fraud is rife. Uk should definitely tighten up on its ID requirements. Having official ID cards would be a start.

In the last general election one person was convicted of voter impersonation, so no, it isn't rife.

It’s a far larger issue than that sole conviction, however for whatever reason (another discussion) complaints rarely reach a point of conviction.

The point is it isn't 'rife' ; some interesting statistics here :

740 people did not vote due to having incorrect ID in voter ID trials in 2019. 181 people have been accused of impersonating someone else at a polling station since 2010.

One slimy specimen. I recall his sister getting into bother for shenanigans over a couple of issues.
I'll remember him for pulling the sickness card, to absent himself from an enquiry over his dealings. Oh, and never misses an opportunity to slip in the racism call. Can't stand the bloke.
